We are pleased to announce that the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Chesapeake will be the host hotel.
We will welcome you to Chesapeake on Friday, July 13th with a Family Meet-Up at the Chesapeake Holiday Inn & Suites*. Come in and relax after you check-in and enjoy a snack and take a moment to catch-up with your arriving family. You will be able to register and pick up your t-shirts at the front desk. 
The hotel details are below. You may call the hotel directly to book your room reservation. The rate is $115 per night plus taxes, for single or double occupancy.

All reservations must be made by Wednesday, June 13, 2018. There is a $50 deposit required on the credit card for all reservations. You will have until 4 pm on the day of arrival to cancel your reservation, without penalty.
